Job Title: Senior Visual Communications Specialist

Overview of the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in creative skills, with a portfolio that showcases their passion for illustrative design and typography.

This individual will have experience working with various design platforms, including digital and print formats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design impactful visual communications for digital and print platforms aligned with brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and channels teams to deliver visually consistent assets.
  • Present design concepts, justify creative choices, and adapt based on feedback.
  • E nsure all visual materials meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design.
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. & Figma.
  • Strong foundation in typography, visual hierarchy, composition, and layout principles.
  • Ability to design for web, print, and social platforms.
  • Experience creating brand collateral, logos, and marketing assets.
  • Familiarity with print processes and file setup for print.
  • Experience in asset optimization for performance and speed.
  • Knowledge of social platforms (Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.).
Nice to Have
  • Working knowledge of CorelDRAW.
  • Experience in basic motion.
  • UI design.
