Quality Assurance Leader

Our organization is seeking an experienced Senior QA Manager/Automation Architect to lead our quality assurance initiatives for Salesforce CRM applications and automation processes. This role will oversee test strategy, automation frameworks, and performance testing while ensuring delivery of top-quality products across all projects.
We require a professional with a strong background in QA & Automation Testing, preferably in CRM applications (Salesforce focus). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and automation tools (Provar, Appium, TOSCA, Katalon Studio), as well as API testing (Rest Assured, SOAP, REST) and Performance testing (JMeter, Sauce Labs).
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing detailed test plans, managing regression/functional testing, and collaborating with product and development teams. Additionally, they will build automation frameworks with Selenium, Appium, TOSCA, and Provar; integrate CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket); conduct performance testing with JMeter, Sauce Labs; and oversee load/stress testing of critical applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and expand the QA team while ensuring alignment with Agile delivery goals.
- Test Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, manage regression/functional testing, and collaborate with product and development teams.
- Automation & Framework Development:
- Build automation frameworks with Selenium, Appium, TOSCA, and Provar; integrate CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket).
- Performance & Security Testing:
- Conduct performance testing with JMeter, Sauce Labs, and oversee load/stress testing of critical applications.
- Collaboration & Process Improvement:
- Partner with stakeholders to refine QA processes, track defects with JIRA/Rally, and drive continuous improvements.
- Client Interaction & Reporting:
- Present test progress, risks, and solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years in QA & Automation Testing, preferably in CRM applications (Salesforce focus)
- Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver (mandatory) and automation tools (Provar, Appium, TOSCA, Katalon Studio)
- Hands-on with API testing (Rest Assured, SOAP, REST) and Performance testing (JMeter, Sauce Labs)
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
- Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket
- Experience with test management & bug tracking (JIRA, Quality Center, Rally, TFS)
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
Preferred Certifications:
- ISTQB Foundation Level & Test Manager
- Salesforce Certified Administrator / Sales Cloud Consultant
- TOSCA AS1 & AS2
