Job Summary

A dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Operations Leader is required to spearhead our quality initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment with business, compliance, and operational objectives. This key role will be responsible for driving the timely completion of evaluations, implementing feedback and coaching processes, and maintaining records in a centralized database.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Quality Structure: Create a robust quality framework that aligns with business, compliance, and operational requirements.
  • Evaluation and Feedback: Ensure timely completion of evaluations, including Quality, CSAT, and Complaints. Administer feedback and coaching processes, documenting all interactions.
  • Record Management: Maintain records of completed evaluations in a centralized database.
  • Performance Reporting: Report performance and statistics through daily and weekly reports to the Quality Team and Operations.
  • Collaboration and Training: Conduct regular Gauge RNR and Calibrations with internal operations teams. Ensure all staff understand compliance expectations, quality guidelines, and Complaints management processes.
  • Process Improvement: Monitor effectiveness of daily/weekly briefings and cascading updates on the operations floor. Prepare and review reports based on quality scores of advisors. Provide analysis on areas of opportunity and action plans to improve performance.
  • Audit and Compliance: Establish a thorough audit mechanism to gauge effectiveness of Quality monitors. Align quality analysts to respective teams to ensure daily/weekly/monthly quality activities are covered.
  • Administrative Support: Administer shift timings and leaves for the Quality team.
  • Communication and Representation: Create presentations displaying metric performance/strategic initiatives/updates as needed. Represent WBR/MBR with clients/operations as delegated by managers.
  • Quality Certifications: Ensure Quality certifications/recertification are completed as agreed with operations/clients.
  • Team Development: Ensure Quality Analysts complete monthly activities, including Quality Calibration, Process Knowledge Test, and Gauge RNR.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of improving quality metrics and reducing defects.
