Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Compliance professional to join our team as a Manager/Senior Manager/Chief Manager-Compliance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ensuring compliances with relevant regulations and laws.

The role involves:

  • Ensuring compliance with IFSCA, SEZ and SEBI AIF, PMS Guidelines and Regulations, FEMA, Anti Money Laundering laws and assisting on KYC requirements.
  • Developing good corporate governance practices for companies and arranging board/general meetings.
  • Maintaining secretarial records, statutory books and registers, and handling statutory & internal audits.
  • Responding to inspections, regulatory and audit queries as the principal point of contact.
  • Implementing compliance policies and procedures, and conducting compliance training for employees.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
