Phone Representative

Ascenturi is seeking a skilled Phone Representative to support a new department focused on scheduling appointments for licensed insurance professionals.

This position involves engaging with warm leads, following a simple script, and helping people schedule informational calls with our advisors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Making high-volume outbound calls to potential clients using our dialer.
  • Introducing our service and assisting with scheduling appointments.
  • Following a step-by-step script to guide conversations.
  • Tracking call results and updating statuses in the CRM system.
  • Meeting daily and weekly outreach goals with support from your team lead.

Requirements include:

  • Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
  • Confidence on the phone and staying positive during calls.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with remote tools.
  • A stable internet connection and access to a computer.
