Job Description:

The Front Office Coordinator plays a key role in the smooth operation of our office. This includes handling all front office responsibilities, such as call management, staff motivation, and coordination with other departments.


Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the entire front office operations, including call management, mail distribution, and equipment maintenance.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance working ability among staff members.
  3. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  4. Respond to public inquiries professionally and promptly.
  5. Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, document creation, and spreadsheet maintenance.
  6. Evaluate and manage the floor to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
  7. Handle conferences and meetings effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  8. Operate office equipment, including photocopiers and printers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a keen interest in people, facts, and events. The ideal candidate should be a strong team player, proficient in technology, and possess knowledge of MS Office, internet tools, and standard office equipment.
