Job Description:
The Front Office Coordinator plays a key role in the smooth operation of our office. This includes handling all front office responsibilities, such as call management, staff motivation, and coordination with other departments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire front office operations, including call management, mail distribution, and equipment maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance working ability among staff members.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Respond to public inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, document creation, and spreadsheet maintenance.
- Evaluate and manage the floor to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
- Handle conferences and meetings effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Operate office equipment, including photocopiers and printers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a keen interest in people, facts, and events. The ideal candidate should be a strong team player, proficient in technology, and possess knowledge of MS Office, internet tools, and standard office equipment.
