Global Ecommerce Growth Lead

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving PUMA's digital commerce growth on one or more marketplaces, leading to improved revenue and EBIT delivery for the company.
This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with various teams, including marketplace organizations and internal teams.
- Key Responsibilities:
- P&L management: Own topline (Revenue) and bottom-line (EBIT) delivery for PUMA on the marketplace(s).
- Stakeholder management: Build regular connections with all functions of the marketplace organization to troubleshoot problems and drive growth levers & commercial negotiations.
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and support our business strategy in conjunction with the ecommerce leadership team.
- Educational qualifications: MBA or Undergrad degree from a top-tier educational institution.
- 4+ years of work experience in multi-functional business roles as a manager or consultant at industry-leading organizations or startups.
- Excellent spreadsheet manipulation and modelling skills.
- Strong understanding of P&L metrics.
- Excellent writing, presentation, communication, and organization skills.
- An interest in a broad range of functions from marketing to operations to technology, and an ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from each of these.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and energy.
- A passion for digital, ecommerce, and sports, and the convergence of these areas.
