Ecommerce Growth Manager

Key Objectives:
- PUMA is seeking a seasoned Ecommerce Growth Manager to champion its Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business on one or more Ecommerce Marketplaces.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue and EBIT growth on the Marketplace(s), working closely with cross-functional teams.
- This role requires a self-directed individual with entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable working in an ambiguous environment.
- The Ecommerce Growth Manager will be the primary point of contact for PUMA with the Marketplace, driving strategic improvement projects and collaborating with internal teams.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of P&L metrics, excellent spreadsheet manipulation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Key responsibilities include P&L management, stakeholder management, and strategy & planning.
Eligibility Criteria and Functional Competencies Required
- Educational qualifications: MBA or Undergrad degree from a top-tier educational institution.
- 4+ years of work experience in multi-functional business roles as a manager or consultant at industry-leading organizations or start-ups.
- Excellent writing, presentation, communication, and organization skills.
- An interest in a broad range of functions from marketing to operations to technology, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from each of these.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and energy.
- A passion for digital, ecommerce, and sports, and the convergence of these areas.
