Purchase Store Manager Trichy

The Purchase Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the procurement of goods and managing the storage and inventory of products to ensure the smooth operation of the company's supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchasing Management: Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize cost efficiency and ensure the timely acquisition of goods. Evaluate and select suppliers, negotiate terms, and manage supplier relationships. Monitor market trends to ensure the company benefits from favorable purchasing conditions. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management processes, including stock levels, order placement, and storage. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies. Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and loss.
  • Store Management: Supervise the daily operations of the store, including staffing, training, and performance management. Ensure that the store is organized, clean, and compliant with safety and health regulations. Monitor sales and inventory data to optimize store performance and product placement.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present reports on purchasing, inventory levels, and store performance to senior management. Analyze data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make informed decisions.
  • Customer Service: Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to purchases and store operations. Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
