The company has a network of over 40,000 artisans spread across 600 rural Indian villages in five states of India. It has an end-to-end business model, right from sourcing of wool to exporting a finished handmade rug.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional client experience and build long-term relationships.
- Maintain necessary documents and ensure successful task execution.
- Support the sales team during client visits.
- Collaborate with Designers and Architects to meet their design expectations.
- Develop and present mood boards that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Prepare presentations for clients, including 3D, 2D, mock-ups, and renderings.
Essential Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience in similar categories of design or luxury.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in one of the relevant fields: Design, Marketing, CRM preferred.
- Experience managing project businesses.
