  • Key Responsibilities

This experienced Business Analyst will partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce & nCino solutions. This role requires strong knowledge of Commercial Lending, Loan Origination, Treasury Management, and Banking Operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in nCino modules such as: Loan Origination System (LOS), Credit Memo, Collateral, Covenant Tracking, Deposit Account Opening, and Workflow/Approval processes.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess:

  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3+ years focused on Salesforce and nCino implementations in banking/financial institutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Commercial Lending, Loan Origination, Treasury Management, and Banking Operations.
  • Hands-on experience in nCino modules such as: Loan Origination System (LOS), Credit Memo, Collateral, Covenant Tracking, Deposit Account Opening, and Workflow/Approval processes.
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Communities, Lightning).
  • Ability to create user stories, process flows, functional specs, and test cases.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Strong understanding of data migration, integrations (APIs, middleware), and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Certified Administrator or Business Analyst certification, nCino 201 or 301 certifications, and experience in global banking digital transformation projects. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field is required, with a Master's degree (MBA / MS) preferred but not required.
