Job Title:

Financial Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to senior management.
  • Cash flow monitoring, investments, and forecasting.
  • Budgeting processes management and cross-functional departmental budget planning support.
  • GAAP and local tax regulations compliance assurance.
  • Timely and accurate filing of GST returns and income tax returns.
  • Handling GST audits, assessments, and notices.
  • Internal and external audit coordination.
  • Maintenance of accurate accounting records.
  • Implementation and monitoring of internal controls for asset protection.

Strategic Support:

  • Provision of financial insights and analysis for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaboration with senior management on financial planning and risk management.
  • Evaluation of financial performance by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts.

Team Leadership:

  • Supervision and mentorship of accounting staff.
  • Improvement of financial processes and systems.
  • Training of staff on financial systems and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 10–15 years of experience in financial management and accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
