Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Search Engine Optimization specialist to lead our organic search efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine algorithms and website architecture, as well as excellent analytical skills with key performance metrics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and analyzing current SEO initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing new strategies to drive growth and maximize the natural search channel. This includes optimizing website content, including image, social, local/maps and video optimization, as well as producing high-level keyword analysis and tracking daily and weekly organic rankings.

In addition to technical skills, the candidate should have strong coding knowledge, a developer/I.T understanding, and experience with site migration and XML/HTML sitemap management. A solid grasp of Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, Coremetrics and Bing Webmaster Tools is also essential.

The role requires the ability to analyze backlinks, practice white hat link strategies, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of SEO best practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and analyze current SEO initiatives
  • Identify and implement new SEO strategies
  • Optimize website content, including image, social, local/maps and video optimization

  • Analyze backlinks and practice white hat link strategies


Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in SEO or a related field
  • Strong coding knowledge and a developer/I.T understanding
  • Experience with site migration and XML/HTML sitemap management
  • Solid analytical skills with key performance metrics
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, Coremetrics and Bing Webmaster Tools
  • SEO copywriting best practice knowledge for on-page and off-page copies
