About this Role

We are seeking an exceptional AI Engineer to lead the design and implementation of large-scale AI Agent platforms.

  • Responsibilities include architecting and scaling AI systems with measurable adoption, utilizing expertise in retrieval optimization, reranking, chunking, and knowledge graphs.
  • A successful candidate will have deep experience with conversational AI systems, evaluation frameworks, and scaling services to 200K+ MAUs or equivalent scale.

This role involves taking ownership of product releases, pre-planning, and scaling infrastructure accordingly, while maintaining high standards of code quality through regular design and code reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architectural Design: Design cost-efficient architecture aligned with the overall architectural vision.
  • Implementation: Implement major/complex parts of the product.
  • Ownership and Release Management: Take ownership of delivery timelines, coordinate complete development of products, and manage product releases.
  • Leadership and Quality Assurance: Communicate clear goals, provide constructive feedback, manage, coach, and support the engineering team, ensuring high standards of code quality.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in architecting and scaling AI Agent platforms with measurable adoption.
  • Strong knowledge of RAG pipelines (retrieval optimization, reranking, chunking, knowledge graphs).
  • Deep experience with conversational AI systems and evaluation frameworks.
  • Track record of scaling services to 200K+ MAUs (or equivalent scale).
  • 4+ years of engineering experience, with demonstrated leadership in technical decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and design teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in Node.js and modern front-end frameworks (Vue.js/React/Angular) is a plus.
