Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Specialist to lead our team in developing a Large Language Model (LLM). The ideal candidate will have 16+ years of experience in AI and ML, with a strong background in NLP and software architecture.

  • Design & Oversee AI Architecture: Develop the overall architecture for the LLM, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic plans.
  • Technical Strategy & Roadmap: Define the technical strategy and create a roadmap that aligns with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Technology Selection: Decide on the technology stack, frameworks, and tools for LLM development and deployment, considering scalability, modularity, and security principles.
  • Integration Management: Oversee integration of data pipelines, model training environments, and deployment infrastructure, ensuring seamless collaboration among teams.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and define mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project.
  • Collaboration: Work with data scientists, engineers, domain experts, and stakeholders to foster a culture of innovation and best practices.
  • Innovation & Best Practices: Stay updated with AI advancements and incorporate best practices to improve LLM capabilities and deliver exceptional results.
  • Research & Evaluation: Conduct in-depth research on LLM architectures, including open-source and domain-specific models like GPT, BERT, and FinBERT, to inform decision-making and drive progress.

Required Skills

  • AI/ML Expertise: Deep knowledge in AI, ML, NLP, and large language models (LLMs), with expertise in deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  • Software Architecture: Strong grasp of scalability, modularity, and security principles, with experience in designing and implementing robust software systems.
  • Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with expertise in deploying and managing scalable applications.
  • Data Architecture: Knowledge of big data technologies, data pipeline design, and data management practices, with experience in working with large datasets and distributed systems.
  • MLOps: Expertise in CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring for ML models, with experience in containerization, orchestration, and machine learning engineering.
  • Leadership: Ability to guide technical teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving projects forward.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills for addressing complex technical challenges, with experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software systems.
