Job Title: AI/ML Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our cutting-edge AI/ML and Data Analytics projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale government projects, along with a deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and data analytics methodologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and product management to define project requirements, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively address any roadblocks to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in AI/ML and Data Analytics product line, with a focus on managing large government projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget, with hands-on experience in objection handling and conflict resolution.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, data analytics methodologies, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
