As a seasoned project leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of cutting-edge AI/ML and Data Analytics projects.

Job Overview:

We seek an experienced professional to lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and constraints.

  • Project Leadership: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, tracking progress against project objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, and product management teams to define project requirements, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively addressing roadblocks to ensure project success.
  • Client Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating project status, updates, and issues.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale government projects, a deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, and data analytics methodologies. A strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time is essential.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in AI/ML and Data Analytics product line, with a focus on managing large government projects.
  • Proven track record of objection handling and conflict resolution.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, data analytics methodologies, and software development lifecycle.
