As a Senior Analyst, you'll be responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications, implementing changes in systems/user account settings, and managing overall Salesforce.com system, including data loads, backups, and restores.

You will also manage dashboards, reports, forms, templates, page layouts, workflows, and approvals.

In addition, you'll create and maintain end-user documentation, manage and maintain third-party apps, and make recommendations on tools that will provide better user experiences and efficiencies.

The ideal candidate will have experience developing applications from origination through deployment, advanced skills in Microsoft Office, and in-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
  • Implement changes in systems/user account settings
  • Manage overall Salesforce.com system

  • Develop and maintain custom Salesforce Dashboards, Reporting and Analytics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Science Background Preferred)
  • Experience developing applications from origination through deployment
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
