Job Title: Software Solutions Architect

Our company is seeking an experienced Software Solutions Architect to join our Alvaria CX Business Unit in India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering tailored software solutions that integrate seamlessly with the CX product suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute customer-facing projects in accordance with functional and technical specifications.
  • Design, develop, and implement applications based on high-level specifications and logical workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design/create business application prototypes and iterate on solutions.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by closely engaging with clients to understand their requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development and integration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft .NET (C#/.NET Core) and experienced in developing enterprise-grade applications.
  • Strong background in API design and development, with an emphasis on building and consuming microservices architectures.
  • Knowledgeable in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system integrations and familiar with Salesforce.
  • Experienced in Agile software development methodologies and proficient in using tools like JIRA for task and project management.
  • Familiar with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices and tooling.
  • Possesses domain expertise in Alvaria products and provides a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements.
