AI Solutions Architect

We're seeking a seasoned Ai solutions architect to drive the development of innovative, scalable solutions. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and customer-facing experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop cutting-edge, scalable solutions using Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver tangible outcomes.
  • Lead projects from conception to deployment, ensuring seamless execution and support.
  • Mentor and guide engineers to foster growth and excellence within the team.
  • Employ a startup mindset: be adaptable, curious, and outcome-driven in your approach.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7-9 years of experience in software solution development.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, system design, and scalable architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
  • A proven track record in customer-facing or consulting roles, with the ability to explain complex technology concepts simply.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
