Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Technical Architect to lead large-scale Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Sales Cloud solution design, integrations, and governance, as well as exposure to Salesforce Administration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and owning the end-to-end architecture of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.
  • Designing scalable, high-performance, and secure architectures aligned with enterprise IT strategy.
  • Establishing standards for data models, APIs, integrations, and DevOps practices.

The successful candidate will oversee critical administration aspects, drive governance around Sales Cloud configuration, and provide strategic guidance on data quality and system maintenance.

They will also act as the technical authority and guide for developers, admins, and consultants, leading code reviews and architectural assessments.

Project and delivery ownership includes leading large-scale Sales Cloud implementations, overseeing enterprise-grade integrations, and partnering with program managers and business leads to ensure project success.

Stakeholder engagement and advisory involve working closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical architecture, serving as a trusted advisor, and conducting executive-level solution walkthroughs.

The selected candidate will stay current with Salesforce Sales Cloud features, releases, and roadmap, promoting adoption of new tools, automation, and advanced architectural patterns.
