Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

Job Description:

  • We oversee financial operations to ensure accurate reporting and contribute to the overall success of our company.
  • We utilize advanced proficiency in Yardi software to manage financial processes, including journal entries, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • We generate and review financial reports using Yardi, including budget vs. actuals, variance analysis, and portfolio performance reports.
  • We manage and optimize accounts payable/receivable workflows within Yardi, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • We ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
  • We collaborate cross-functionally with property management, finance, and other departments to streamline data flow.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
  • Yardi Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Yardi software in a real estate or property management setting.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of GAAP, financial analysis, and reporting principles within the commercial real estate industry.
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

About This Role: If you have B.Com/M.Com/CA/CPA/CFA degree with minimum 2-3 years of corporate experience, preferably from reputed companies, we encourage you to apply for this position.
