The Role of a Finance Business Analyst is pivotal in transforming and optimizing the billing process within financial institutions. This includes creating, developing, and implementing new business processes and technologies, as well as providing documentation, client contract analysis, and training.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Research and interpret client contracts and amendments to ensure accurate invoicing.
">
  • Analyze SAP Order-to-Cash transactional data, perform A/B testing, mapping, data analysis, and provide master data support.
">
  • Collaborate with billers and billing leaders to establish current business practices, identify pain points, and articulate potential future states.
">
  • Participate in large-scale, cross-functional projects across finance shared services, including business requirements gathering, current state analysis, future state design, and implementation.
">
  • Implement change management within a multinational organization, navigating diverse teams and associates with varying opinions and levels of understanding.
">
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand and interpret their business problems and needs.
">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields, plus one year of experience in finance, reporting, analytics, process improvement, or similar roles.
">
  • Advanced Excel, Visio, SharePoint, PowerBI, and database skills, demonstrating critical thinking, interpersonal skills, and knowledge of information technology.
">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong documentation and presentation skills, and flexibility in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
