Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Operations Leads and drive customer satisfaction through efficient project coordination and timely delivery.
  • Manage internal stakeholders, including finance, vendors, and installers, to guarantee that they receive necessary support to meet customer commitments.
  • Act as the highest point of escalation for regional issues, ensuring customer concerns are resolved promptly and projects are completed successfully.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate faster issue resolution and empower team members to solve problems efficiently.
  • Empower the existing team, hire talented individuals, and foster a culture of excellence within the region.
  • Maintain adherence to defined process standards and provide a standardized customer experience.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Preferably NIT/BITS/IIT/MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools.
  • 7-12 years of overall work experience in startups or operations similar industries.
  • Proven people management skills with direct team reporting in past roles.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Structured thought process and analytical ability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
