Job Title:

We are seeking a seasoned business leader to helm our operations. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of driving high-performing teams, meeting service level metrics, and providing mentorship and development to direct reports.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for engagement outcomes with internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead claim personnel, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and workload delegation
  • Ensure a deep understanding of the practice and portfolio objectives, driving strategy for assigned portfolios
  • Promote transformation projects from operational improvements, digital asset implementation, standard methodologies, case studies, and benchmarking
  • Foster strong customer relationships, addressing pain points and delivering value
  • Provide direction and mentorship to operations teams, promoting a culture of learning and teamwork
  • Align with customer goals, delivering on commitments consistently
  • Identify risks, develop proactive mitigation plans
  • Build impactful customer relationships, improve Net Promoter Score, maintain existing book of business, drive revenue growth

Mandatory Capabilities/Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum 14 years of experience within the relevant domain and skill set
  • Proven experience managing complex service delivery, multi-group, multi-disciplinary projects in the L&A Domain, with extensive exposure to large teams
