Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise Localization Coordinators to ensure they meet their objectives.
  • Align team members with the team's vision by setting clear objectives.
  • Communicate expectations, goals, and feedback to the group regularly.
  • Liaise with Translator Support teams to report linguist pool health and plan capacity.
  • Identify and address conflicts early, facilitating discussions and finding solutions.
Requirements:
  • A graduate degree is required for this position.
  • Excellent English language command is necessary.
  • Good time management and problem-solving skills are essential.
