Senior Performance Test Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Performance Tester to join our team.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality performance tests. They will also be accountable for communicating with business/development teams regularly, preparing non-functional requirement documents and performance test strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct meeting with the business or project teams to identify the scope of work
- Thorough understanding of business and infrastructure requirements
- Communicate with business/development team managers on regular basis
- Preparing non-functional requirement document
- Preparing performance test strategy and test plan
- Able to work on performance testing tools like Neo Load & LoadRunner
- 6+ years of experience in performance testing
- Familiarity with Neo Load & LoadRunner
- Experience working with onsite/offshore model
- Assess test readiness – environment, test data and test scripts
- Hands-on experience using Fiddler, Chrome developer tools and converting them to LoadRunner or Neo Load scripts
