Job Description:

The Senior Performance and Endurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring software systems and applications perform optimally under various load conditions.

This role involves designing and executing performance and endurance test strategies, identifying bottlenecks, and collaborating with development teams to enhance system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness.

This position requires expertise in performance testing, including LoadRunner, JMeter, or other relevant tools. The successful candidate will be able to analyze complex systems, identify areas of improvement, and develop recommendations to optimize system performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices. Experience working with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure, is also desirable.

Skill Requirements:

  • Performance testing using LoadRunner, JMeter, or other relevant tools
  • Analysis of complex systems and identification of areas for improvement
  • Development of recommendations to optimize system performance
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies
