Project Manager Role

This role plays a pivotal part in our organization's global operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive project management support across multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing a thorough understanding of our solutions and platforms.
  • Collaborating with clients and colleagues to create project scope plans and documentation.
  • Facilitating planning sessions to build consensus among project team members regarding task definitions, sequencing, and interdependencies.
  • Creating, communicating, and maintaining detailed project plans.
  • Preparing project reports for status meetings as required.
  • Identifying, tracking, monitoring, and communicating project-related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies.
  • Maintaining project workflows and deadlines to ensure all team members meet project goals accurately and on time.
  • Serving as a liaison between clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships by addressing questions, concerns, feedback, etc., with speed, accuracy, friendliness, and professionalism.
  • Ensuring project plans deliver against SLAs and KPI expectations regarding costs, schedules, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in project management is essential.
  • Education/certification in project management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using web-based project management software, such as MS Project or Jira.
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Desirable but not required: previous experience in the talent management industry.
  • Demonstrable evidence of effective collaboration, multitasking, and prioritizing workloads for self and others.
