Beauty leaders are required to drive sales, customer satisfaction and operational excellence in the Beauty Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service standards through timely client consultations and issue resolution ensuring high Net Promoter Score (NPS) exceeding 90%.
  • Achieve beauty, derma and product sales targets by leveraging technical expertise in skin and hair services, sales orientation and team leadership.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and system entries while tracking product consumption and managing stock efficiently.
Team Leadership Skills:
  • Develop and motivate the Beauty team to achieve collective goals through recruitment, training and effective allocation of work.
  • Manage rosters and monitor performance to drive growth and excellence fostering a positive work environment.
  • Resolve grievances and conduct regular meetings to share promotions and incentives.
Collaboration and Competencies:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams for growth and activations demonstrating strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
  • Drive business growth through partnerships and maintain a client-centric approach providing exceptional service delivery.
Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of experience in a leadership role within the beauty industry requiring strong leadership skills.
  • Degree/Diploma in Cosmetology/Beauty Therapy/BDS + Cosmo is necessary.
