The ideal candidate will be a creative, detail-oriented professional with a solid understanding of influencer ecosystems in the female beauty and skincare space.

This role involves managing influencer collaborations and campaigns to enhance brand visibility, build credibility, and drive growth on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies tailored to beauty and skincare categories.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage beauty, lifestyle, and wellness influencers/content creators.
  • Plan & run targeted campaigns around product launches, festive seasons, and ongoing brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate with brand & creative teams to design engaging influencer briefs and ensure brand alignment.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensure timely deliverables, and monitor campaign performance.
  • Stay updated with trends in the beauty & personal care influencer space to keep Sotrue ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably with beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record of managing impactful influencer campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, creator trends, and Instagram-first strategies.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with influencer tools and campaign analytics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
