Senior Clinic Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Clinic Operations Manager to lead our clinic's overall performance. The ideal candidate will be accountable for delivering revenue growth, improving customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Growth:
    • Deliver annual revenue targets by driving sales through consultations, upselling, cross-selling, and service bundling.
    • Monitor daily/weekly key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure they meet set standards.
  • Operations Management:
    • Evaluate and enhance the smooth functioning of all clinic services.
    • Maintain high hygiene, safety, and quality standards across all areas.
    • Oversee inventory management, billing processes, and cash handling procedures.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team comprising Centre staff, Slimming Heads, Beauty Heads, and Counselors.
    • Conduct regular reviews and performance evaluations to drive accountability and goal achievement.
  • Customer Experience:
    • Foster a culture that delivers exceptional customer experiences consistently.
    • Address client concerns promptly and effectively.
    • Promote loyalty programs and encourage referrals.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant laws and regulations.
    • Maintain accurate records for audits and reviews.
    • Provide timely performance updates to regional leadership.
  • Business Development:
    • Develop strategic partnerships with local organizations, gyms, and wellness centers.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams on city-specific promotional activities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A graduate or MBA holder with 6-10 years of experience in healthcare, hospitality, or retail services.
  • Demonstrated success in revenue generation and team leadership.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset with high ownership and accountability.
  • A willingness to work in a fast-paced environment driven by targets and KPIs.
