Lead Paid Media Strategy

We are seeking a strategic leader with expertise in paid media to lead and scale our advertising efforts across multiple platforms.

This leadership role involves building campaigns, teams, and momentum simultaneously.

As the head of paid media, you will oversee performance-driven teams, manage high-budget campaigns, and own our media buying strategy from top to bottom.

  • Develop and execute full-funnel strategies for Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Manage large budgets with a focus on ROI, CAC, LTV, and profitably scaling growth
  • Build, mentor, and lead a team of paid media specialists and analysts
  • Oversee media buying, audience strategy, creative testing, bidding models, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align messaging and optimize the funnel
  • Report results, insights, and forecasts to executive leadership regularly
  • Stay ahead of platform changes and industry trends to maintain competitiveness and compliance
Requirements
  • 6–10+ years of experience in performance marketing with deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, ideally with agency or multi-brand experience
  • Proven success managing large budgets across regions
  • Data-obsessed with a strong grasp of attribution models, A/B testing, and reporting
  • Able to switch between strategic thinking and tactical execution when needed
  • Bonus: Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or international growth campaigns
