Workday Data Conversion Specialist Consultant

As a Workday Data Conversion Specialist Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the successful migration of data into our systems. Your primary objective will be to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and seamless transition from legacy systems to our new platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct data conversion, migration, and cleaning from multiple source systems.
  • Create EIBs and Advanced Loads to convert and validate data into the Workday system.
  • Identify anomalies in data and rectify conversion errors.
  • Develop and utilize data mapping tools to support conversion efforts.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to meet project milestones.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Active HCM Workday certification or Data Conversion Certified (Optional).
  • Proven experience as a Data Conversion Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of data conversion methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
