About Data Migration Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our organization in developing a streamlined and high-quality method of migrating incoming clients from legacy platforms to our platform.

Our ideal candidate possesses strong technical skills, including data migrations, pipeline development, and data transformation & modelling. Experience with recruitment CRMs, AWS Redshift, dbt, Fivetran, SQL, and Cursor is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, manage, and optimize complex data migrations.
  • Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes using dbt, AWS, and Redshift.
  • Build a deep understanding of recruitment CRMs (people, projects, companies).
  • Owning the end-to-end process, including data injection into production environments.
  • Establish clear documentation for data handling and pipeline management.

Requirements:

  • At least 20 successful customer migrations experience.
  • Familiarity with recruitment CRMs, AWS Redshift, dbt, Fivetran, SQL, and Cursor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • A passion for working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
