Electrical Project Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Project Coordinator to ensure the smooth execution of electrical projects. This includes maintaining a positive and productive work environment, conducting regular reviews with contractors, and resolving any issues or grievances that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a professional and organized work environment to drive project success
  • Conduct regular meetings with contractors to address any concerns or issues
  • Implement engagement practices such as recognition schemes to boost contractor morale
  • Assist the Project Head in providing facilities for site personnel, including food, water, wash areas, and seating arrangements
  • Distribute and communicate policies on Code of Conduct and Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) to contractors and their teams
  • Monitor and track project timelines, progress, and costs to ensure budgeted targets are met
  • Regularly update the Project Head on project status, milestones, and cost overruns or underruns
  • Ensure high-quality construction at every stage by assessing material, people, and construction quality
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and correct errors promptly

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with contractors and site personnel
  • Proven experience in project coordination or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of construction processes and quality control measures
