Job Title: Senior Relationship Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Relationship Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving revenue growth through cross-selling products, and increasing gold loan business.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in gold loans, excellent written and verbal communication skills, basic knowledge in MS office, and proficiency in the vernacular language of the respective region.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Canvassing and sourcing of new customers to increase gold loan business
  • Revenue generation through cross-selling products
  • Interest collection
  • Gold loans appraisal
  • Maintaining good relationships with clients to maximize business value
  • Customer relationship and follow-up
  • Maintenance of important registers and daily reports
  • Cash management and accounting
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in gold loans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge in MS office
  • Proficiency in the vernacular language of the respective region
