Role Overview

As a Mechanical Section Head in Paints Manufacturing, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing project roadmaps from a mechanical perspective. Your goal is to create value by analyzing project specifications, developing work schedules, and delegating tasks to various teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage contractors to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Maintain a conducive work environment to execute projects successfully
  • Meet every project timeline for construction as per the plan
  • Achieve all budgeted targets for construction as per the project plan
  • Ensure high project quality from mechanical aspects at every stage of site construction
  • Ensure quality assurance on all mechanical components
Requirements:
  • Experience in Paints or Chemicals industry project design execution
  • Ability to handle large datasets and perform high-level data analysis
  • Analytical thinker and critical problem solver
  • Project management skills
  • Able to manage budgets effectively
