\Job Description\

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer who can design, develop, and maintain high-quality, maintainable code using Node.js and TypeScript. Your responsibilities will include building features and components that support both custom applications and no-code / low-code platforms, ensuring collaboration with frontend, UX, product, ML, and DevOps teams to deliver cohesive solutions.

Key responsibilities also involve participating in architecture discussions, contributing to scalable, secure, and performant system design, implementing best practices for security, performance, and reliability across services, and mentoring junior developers.

\Required Skills and Qualifications\
  • \
  • 5+ years of backend development experience\
  • Advanced skills in Node.js and TypeScript, with a strong grasp of modern JavaScript/TypeScript tooling\
  • Experience designing APIs (REST, GraphQL) and integrating third-party services\
  • Familiarity with designing and building no-code/low-code platforms or configurable application backends\
  • Solid understanding of NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Redis, as well as relational databases\
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines\
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills\
  • Familiarity with workflow engines, no-code platforms, or builder frameworks (nice plus)\
  • Exposure to real-time tech (WebSocket, pub/sub) (nice plus)\
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) (nice plus)\
  • Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals, including variables, data types, functions, object-oriented programming, and error handling\
  • Proficiency in popular front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js (nice plus)\
  • Understanding of web performance optimization techniques, such as caching, code splitting, and image compression (nice plus)\
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment\
  • Experience working with version control systems like Git (required)\
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies (desired)\
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)\
