Job Overview

We are looking for a young and energetic talent to join our Sales function. As a representative of Straumann Group, you will build relationships with dentists and dental clinics, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Build new relationships with dentists and dental clinics or groups in assigned areas.
  • Represent Straumann Group products and services by understanding customer needs and objectives.
  • Investigate and resolve customer problems, overcoming objections and communicating value propositions.
  • Generate leads, build relationships, and maintain a pipeline of prospects using our CRM system.

Requirements
  • Minimum 50% throughout 10th, 12th, Graduation, and MBA.
  • Effective communication skills, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong oral and written communications, including presentation skills.
  • Collaborative and independent work capabilities.
  • Maintains integrity, high ethics, and professional codes of conduct.
  • General computer efficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
