Data Engineering Leader

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to lead our data engineering team and develop enterprise-grade data platforms.
  • The successful candidate will design and implement scalable data architectures, ensuring seamless self-service analytics across large-scale datasets.
  • This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective data strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve high-performance data lakes, warehouses/lakehouses, and marts for analytics, business intelligence, and AI/ML use cases.
  2. Design optimized data models tailored for analytical and operational workloads.
  3. Define and implement data ingestion, ETL/ELT pipelines, and integration strategies across multiple sources.
  4. Establish and enforce data governance, security, privacy, and compliance frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale data platforms.
  • Strong technical leadership skills with ability to mentor and guide data engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
