Job Title: Data Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a data architect. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing scalable data pipelines to support increasing data volume and complexity.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Pipeline Design and Implementation: Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines to support business growth and improve data accessibility.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with analytics, business, and engineering teams to ensure data quality and drive data-driven decision making.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Implement processes to monitor data quality, ensuring accurate and available production data for stakeholders.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Write unit/integration tests, contribute to the engineering wiki, and document work to ensure knowledge sharing and reuse.
  • Troubleshooting and Analysis: Perform data analysis to troubleshoot data-related issues and assist in resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in data architecture and design.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, database systems, and data integration.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases.
