Expert HVAC Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced Assistant HVAC Sales Manager to spearhead our cooling solutions for large data centers, hyperscale, and colocation clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies and executing plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement liquid cooling solutions, including FWU, PAC, and VRF systems.
  • Provide expert guidance on liquid cooling, AI, and HPC solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Position the organization as a preferred partner for colocation and cloud customers, PMC's, and consultants by building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Respond to RFQs, technical presentations, estimations, and pricing for potential projects and competition analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile:
  • 6-8 years of experience in HVAC sales in data centers with a proven track record of success.
  • Preferably having work exposure with leading companies in the industry.

Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and cooling technologies, with the ability to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Professional certifications in HVAC or related field.
