Product Innovation Specialist

Job Role:

The Product Innovation Specialist will be responsible for developing new and innovative products, sourcing raw materials and packaging development, supporting the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch.

  • Conduct research to identify opportunities in the market, competitors, and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, R&D, production, procurement, and marketing.
  • Prepare and maintain product specifications, technical documentation, and reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and samples.
  • Track timelines and ensure smooth execution of development projects.
  • Support quality testing and product trials to meet compliance and standards.
  • Provide regular updates on project status to management.

About the Job:

This role involves conducting market research, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing samples/prototypes, and ensuring that products meet quality, cost, and market requirements.
