Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of new FMCG products from concept to launch.
  • Support market research activities and competitor product benchmarking.
  • Help prepare product specifications, formulations, and packaging briefs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Operations, and QA for trial runs.
  • Participate in pilot batch production, product testing, and sensory evaluations.
  • Document trial results, maintain product data sheets, and prepare reports.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (FSSAI, HACCP) and internal quality standards.
  • Monitor timelines for assigned tasks and escalate delays or issues to the manager.
  • Support the NPD team during product launch and gather post-launch feedback for improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Technology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in product development, R&D, or quality functions in FMCG/Food industry (freshers with internships/projects in NPD can apply).
  • Basic understanding of product lifecycle and food safety standards.
  • Good documentation, data analysis, and reporting skills.
  • Strong willingness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

  • Basic knowledge of product formulation and sensory evaluation
  • Familiarity with packaging materials and labeling requirements
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹27,000.00 per month
