Key Responsibilities:

  • Fact-check, research, and deliver value to readers through well-researched content
  • Collaborate with writers, editors, and content managers in a fast-paced newsroom environment
  • Mentor writers and empower them to grow as contributors
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Media/Journalism, or similar discipline
  • 6-12 months of experience in sports content editing, proofreading, or similar roles
  • Strong command of the English language and understanding of American culture
  • Ability to analyze article performance metrics and use insights to elevate content quality
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles
  • Leadership skills to inspire and mentor writers
