Visual Storyteller – Sports Broadcast Graphic Design

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Storyteller to join our creative broadcast team. The successful candidate will focus on developing and animating dynamic graphics for horse racing coverage, ensuring a seamless blend of live data, storytelling, and engaging visual presentation.

This role will involve designing and animating custom motion graphics for horse racing broadcasts, including show opens, transitions, bumpers, on-screen statistics, odds, and race data visualizations, lower thirds, title cards, and branded broadcast elements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports broadcast design, advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with real-time broadcast graphics platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in motion graphics design, preferably within sports broadcasting.
  • Education: Diploma (Bachelor's or Associates) in Motion Design, Broadcast Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), experience with real-time broadcast graphics platforms (e.g., Ross Xpression, Vizrt).
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills, proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
