Job Summary

Data insights specialists play a crucial role in driving business growth by providing actionable insights to stakeholders. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing large data sets to identify trends and opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex data sets to extract valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain management information systems reports to support business operations and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business data requirements and drive data-driven processes.
  • Monitor data trends, prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant field.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce CRM for data extraction, report building, and dashboard management.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (scripts, automation, formulas) and Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VBA, advanced formulas).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Experience working independently during night shifts, with high attention to detail and timeliness.
  • Strong communication skills to work with US-based stakeholders and internal team members.
