Data Insight Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insight Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with various departments to analyze data, develop predictive models, and drive business decisions.
- Analyze investor behavior and distribution partner data to uncover trends and opportunities.
- Develop models for investor segmentation, churn prediction, and customer lifetime value estimation.
- Measure campaign effectiveness, optimize targeting strategies, and enhance personalization.
- Implement text mining and sentiment analysis on investor feedback, social media, and complaint data.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing large datasets to identify trends and insights.
- Developing and implementing predictive models to forecast business outcomes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience in data science or analytics.
- Excellent proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
- Experience with machine learning and statistical techniques.
- Databases: SQL Server, MongoDB.
- Visualization: Power BI, Excel.
