Lead Business Analyst

This is a high-level role that requires expertise in business analysis, specifically with Duck Creek Suite implementations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and communicate shared understanding of requirements.
- Develop and review process improvements for streamlined delivery.
- 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Deep understanding of business processes and analytical capabilities.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
As a Business Analysis expert, you will be responsible for driving the development of our business through effective requirements gathering and process improvement.
Additional Responsibilities- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other project activities.
- Bachelor's degree or Associate degree with relevant experience.
- 15+ years of hands-on Business Analysis experience.
- Proven experience in design, development, and implementation of Duck Creek products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
